Technicien Exploitation Chauffage (H/F)

Manage operational maintenance contracts for HVAC, air treatment, and heating systems across hotels, condominiums, and tourist residences. Perform troubleshooting, repair, and startup of fuel/gaz burners while diagnosing malfunctions and preparing estimates with your supervisor. Optimize service delivery by organizing interventions to control maintenance costs and prioritizing urgent client requests. Propose installation improvements and maintain client relationships by gathering feedback and reporting needs. Provide periodic on-call coverage and rotate between sites as service requirements dictate.
