Job Summary
As an Electromechanic, maintain and improve the facility’s mechanical, electrical and automated systems; perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment issues to keep production running; troubleshoot, repair and optimize mechanical and electrical systems; support morning production startup to ensure equipment is ready; perform fabrication, welding and modification tasks as needed; participate in equipment upgrades and improvement projects; maintain a clean and organized workshop and plant; follow food safety and workplace safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- D.E.P. en électromécanique ou en mécanique industrielle (ou équivalent québécois)
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier
- À l’aise avec les tâches physiques (lifting jusqu’à 50 lb, climber, kneeling, standing)
- Capacité à travailler en hauteur et faire heures supplémentaires
- Connaissances de base en informatique pour la documentation de maintenance
