Job Summary
Electromechanic role maintaining and improving mechanical, electrical, and automated systems in a Canadian food-manufacturing facility. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, support morning production startup, carry out fabrication, welding and modification tasks, participate in equipment upgrades, and ensure clean, organized workshop and compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills preferred; experience with TIG welding and packaging equipment (Bizerba, Omori, Ulma) and knowledge of HACCP and food industry standards. Relocation not offered.
Required Qualifications
- D.E.P. en électromécanique ou en mécanique industrielle (ou équivalent québécois)
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier
- À l’aise avec les tâches physiques : soulever (jusqu’à 50 lb), grimper, s’agenouiller, rester debout pendant de longues périodes
- Connaissances de base en informatique pour la documentation de maintenance
