Job Summary
As an Electromechanic, you’ll maintain and improve mechanical, electrical, and automated systems powering the facility, troubleshoot and repair equipment to keep production running, support morning startup, perform fabrication and welding tasks as needed, participate in equipment upgrades, and uphold food-safety and workplace-safety standards. This role requires hands-on work with production equipment, strong problem-solving and teamwork, and familiarity with labeling/packaging equipment and HACCP standards.
Required Qualifications
- D.E.P. en électromécanique ou en mécanique industrielle (ou équivalent québécois)
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier
- À l’aise avec les tâches physiques : soulever (jusqu’à 50 lb), grimper, s’agenouiller, rester debout pendant de longues périodes
- Connaissances de base en informatique pour la documentation de maintenance
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must be 18 years or older
- Capacité à travailler en hauteur et flexibilité pour faire des heures supplémentaires, les fins de semaine ou les jours fériés avec préavis
