Job Summary
Electromechanic responsible for maintenance and improvement of mechanical, electrical, and automated production equipment; performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses and repairs, supports morning startup, undertakes fabrication and welding tasks, participates in equipment upgrades, and maintains a safe, clean production environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must be 18 years or older
- D.E.P. in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics (or Quebec equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing setting
- Comfortable with physical tasks: lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, kneeling, standing for long periods
- Ability to work at heights and flexible to work overtime, weekends, or holidays with notice
- Basic software knowledge for maintenance documentation
