Job Summary
Conduct full property diagnostics including Carrez mapping, hazardous pollutant searches for asbestos and lead, termite inspections, gas and electrical safety audits, and energy performance certificate (D.P.E) controls. Draft comprehensive reports and explain findings to clients across institutional, public, and private sectors. Participate in company development while completing a two-year apprenticeship with ID SCHOOL or SONELO. Work 39 hours weekly with a 25% school/75% enterprise split, earning between 932€ and 2166€ gross monthly. A designated tutor will accompany you throughout your training to help obtain your Level 5 professional title. Required Qualifications
