Job Summary

Conduct daily inspections, troubleshoot, and repair facility and fitness equipment while ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for members and guests. Perform regular upkeep and maintenance of all club property, strictly following preventative maintenance standards and reporting issues through the club's ticketing system. Identify and resolve problems related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting systems, with experience in pool management being a plus. Maintain knowledge of facilities and work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in facilities maintenance
  • Working knowledge in one or all of the following: mechanical equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, and/or painting
  • Functional knowledge of preventative maintenance programs of facilities and plant equipment
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot facility and equipment related issues
  • Self-directed requiring little supervision
  • Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timely
  • Capability to respond to infrequent emergency situations outside of operating hours using personal transportation
  • Flexibility with occasionally changing work schedules to meet the needs of colleagues and the club

  • Experience in pool management
