Conduct preventive maintenance on tertiary building sites to ensure equipment reliability and operational continuity. Respond immediately to climate, electrical, and electromechanical breakdowns as the first point of contact. Collaborate with SNEF teams to maintain service contracts while documenting every intervention in the GMAO tool for continuous improvement. Propose optimization solutions to enhance installation performance and prevent future failures. Requires Bac Pro/BTS/DUT in HVAC maintenance with 3–5 years of experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation. Full-time role in Orléans with a company vehicle, meal allowance, and health insurance.
