Job Summary
Conduct curative, preventive, and improvement maintenance on all production equipment for the Fabrication department while adhering to safety, hygiene, and production constraints. Analyze breakdowns using defined methods to propose improvements, adjust machine settings to meet performance indicators, and collaborate closely with production teams. Participate in work groups and improvement projects, while serving as a technical proposal force and reporting activities to your supervisor. Work in a 3x8h shifted schedule with weekend rotation, earning a 13-month salary with bonuses and company transport benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance curative, préventive et améliorative
- Analyser les pannes selon les méthodes définies
- Réaliser les réglages nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des machines et des lignes
- Force de proposition sur des améliorations techniques
- Rendre compte des activités de son périmètre à son responsable
- Horaires décalés en 3x8h
- Base 35 heures hebdo annualisée (40H/semaine)
- Travail le week-end en roulement
