Technicien de maintenance CVC (H ou F)

Manage a client portfolio or single-client account by overseeing thermal and energy installation maintenance and troubleshooting. Perform curative repairs, emergency on-call duties, and preventive maintenance while proposing efficiency improvements for client performance. Operate autonomously in tertiary and industrial sectors, managing administrative contracts, intervention reports, and GMAO tools. Draft your own estimates, maintain accurate scheduling, and ensure strict safety compliance during heating, air conditioning, and electromechanical work. Requires 3 years of experience in a similar function, BAC PRO or BTS qualification, and a 37-hour schedule with RTT.
