Job Summary
The Data Center Technicians work in shifts (3x8) and are responsible for technical activities related to the infrastructure of data centers within a critical environment. They collaborate with providers under the supervision of Facility Managers and the operations director, focusing on BMS, electricity, cooling, documentation, KPI, and reporting. Responsibilities include ensuring maintenance activities are documented, monitoring and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, coordinating provider activities, managing incidents, and participating in internal operational meetings. A high school diploma in a technical field is required along with technical experience and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in data centers or critical technical environments
- Basic communication in English
- Excellent communication in French
- Ability to perform technical maneuvers following procedures

- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems
- Experience managing incidents
