Organize laundry and hotel services for detainees, managing stock distribution for bedding, uniforms, and workwear while maintaining hygiene and safety protocols. Execute first-level maintenance on laundry equipment and coordinate stock replenishment for detergents and supplies. Manage inventory for hairdressing materials and ensure strict adherence to RABC risk management and chemical safety procedures. Coordinate staff timekeeping, onboard new detainees, and train teams on operational and hygiene standards. Perform deliveries and work shifts including on-call rotation as required. Maintain 5S organization in the workshop and ensure full traceability of all operations.
