Job Summary
Conduct daily diagnostic imaging coverage for HVAC systems serving guest rooms, suites, public areas, dining, spa, and technical spaces. Monitor GTB parameters, analyze alarms, and implement corrective actions to prioritize interventions based on operational impact. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and track chilled water network energy consumption. Collaborate with housekeeping to coordinate interventions affecting client experience and oversee maintenance tasks by external contractors. Work without interruption in a team of nine under the Technical Director. Report for duty immediately.
Required Qualifications
