Job Summary
Collaborate with internal clients to define candidate profiles, ensure alignment with Premier Tech culture, and conduct video screening interviews to issue recommendations. Develop and maintain professional networks across domains, craft personalized job postings, and serve as an ambassador at recruitment events. Schedule campus visits to deliver the Premier Tech candidate experience and stay current on market trends for continuous improvement. Work closely with organizational development teams to support business groups in delivering value. Master English for communication with non-Quebec clients and suppliers.
