Operate machine tools to fabricate standard and special products, including assembling components, setting up machines, and verifying first-piece quality. Execute first-level maintenance on equipment, measure and record dimensions, and manage production orders based on priority. Collaborate with cross-functional services, attend technical meetings for new products, and contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives. Work in a team environment with autonomy, covering shifts including nights under a 2x8 schedule.
