Conduct preventive and corrective elevator maintenance, perform service visits, and diagnose malfunctions while ensuring strict safety compliance. Deliver quality client service by listening to syndicate and tertiary sector needs and proposing tailored solutions. Manage an average of 110 equipment units with full autonomy in the Paris intra-muros zone. Work Monday through Friday, with Monday hours from 8h to 17h and Tuesday through Friday from 8h to 16h30. Requires five years of elevator maintenance experience, electromechanical training, and a Category B driver's license.
