Job Summary
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment faults to minimize downtime. Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system diagnostics while maintaining accurate maintenance records and preparing service reports. Comply with workplace safety regulations and company procedures. Work closely with team members and contractors to support maintenance operations. NITEC or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or a related discipline required. Required Qualifications
- NITEC or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or a related discipline
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
