Technician X-Ray

X-Ray Technologist to join the interventional pain management team at Montefiore Medical Center, performing radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations during pain management procedures. Responsibilities include preparing patient and procedure room, obtaining high-quality radiographic images with correct exposure factors and proper identification labels, maintaining accurate records of films and fluoroscopy time, enforcing radiation safety and patient-identification rules, assisting with contrast materials and injection equipment, training students and associates, and ensuring overall cleanliness and safety of the clinical area. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, ARRT registration, and NY X-Ray license; OHS assessment and fit test; part-time evening shift (0400P–0930P, with alternating Saturdays).
