Job Summary
Inspect, service, and maintain wildlife traps and control systems on assigned routes. Conduct property inspections to identify wildlife activity and determine appropriate control and exclusion strategies. Perform wildlife exclusion and repair work, including sealing entry points and installing preventative materials. Maintain service schedules and communicate proactively with operations and customers regarding findings, progress, and next steps. Complete accurate service documentation and maintain assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment. Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in required training, support collections efforts, and contribute to lead generation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of proven driving experience
- Successful completion of 30-day initial training (classroom and field) and earning minimum of two CEUs annually
- Ability to pass a seven-year criminal background check, substance abuse testing, and three-year motor vehicle report
