Job Summary
Conduct high-quality repairs, maintenance, and inspections on aviation components in compliance with OEM technical publications and Unilode's operational standards. Perform additional maintenance re-work as needed, maintain tools and workspaces to safety standards, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all activities. Follow work orders with high accuracy, support quality assurance processes, and assist with ancillary tasks such as cleaning containers or pallets. This role requires flexibility for weekend and evening shifts, the ability to lift weights exceeding 65 lbs, and strict adherence to aviation safety regulations. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and meet production targets while collaborating across MRO facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or other relevant qualifications
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations and quality systems
- Ability to read technical publications, drawings, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory tracking tools
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekend and evening shifts
- Ability to lift, pull, and push weights exceeding 65 lbs
- Strict adherence to aviation safety regulations and quality standards
