Job Summary
Conduct hands-on training for mechanics across all shops, developing best practice procedures for major repairs and new truck components. Attend manufacturer sessions to stay current with technology, then educate apprentices and interns on latest repair procedures. Manage and update OEM software programs and the Learning Management System while collaborating with IT and HR on electronic communication boards. Participate in equipment specification meetings and work with shop supervisors to train apprentices.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain up to date knowledge and training in the Maintenance industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience training others
- Ability to travel
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Fluent in English
