Job Summary
Conduct hands-on training sessions for mechanics across all shops, developing best practice procedures for major repairs and educating staff on new trucks and components. Manage and update OEM software programs including Servicemaxx and Insite, while maintaining training content on the Learning Management System. Collaborate with Shop Managers, Supervisors, IT, and HR to develop apprentices and manage the Mechanic Internship Program. Attend manufacturer training sessions to stay current with industry technology and repair procedures. This role supports the Maintenance Shops within a stable, growing organization featuring modern facilities and clean, late-model equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain up to date knowledge and training in the Maintenance industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience training others
- Ability to travel
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Fluent in English
