Technician Technology

Conduct heavy equipment technology service activities, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and component disassembly and assembly, adhering to standard manuals and procedures. Serve as the primary customer contact point to solve technology problems independently, define service requirements, and handle complaints while ensuring all work is completed correctly on the first attempt. Utilize tools and equipment effectively, manage parts requests, and maintain contamination control and safety protocols with required PPE. Complete all service administration documentation, generate reports in Minestar Client and company service forms, and guide junior servicemen in job performance and troubleshooting. Actively self-study to improve capabilities, share knowledge with the team, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
