Technician

Examine and diagnose vehicles, discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor, and communicate additional service requests. Plan work in cooperation with the foreman, provide labor estimates, and monitor repair time while updating the service advisor. Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation, complete documentation for client repairs, and assist in mentoring technician trainees. Attend company and factory training, keep current with technical bulletins, and follow federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal. Requires high school diploma or GED, driver's license, and state inspection license. Compensation based on experience with full health benefits and 401k match.
