Job Summary
Coordinate with team leaders and customers to forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site installation and repairs for HVAC systems in commercial environments. Diagnose and repair equipment at customer locations using cutting-edge software, hand tools, and blueprints while maintaining flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays. Ensure safety standards are met and record the use, wear, and conditions of company assets. This role serves as the primary service and maintenance contact for diverse commercial clients including healthcare, manufacturing, and education sectors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certificate of completion from an accredited technical school
- 0-2 years of experience in HVAC
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months
- No major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
Desired Qualifications
- Technical School or formal training
- EPA Certification (e.g. HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer etc.)
