Technician Supervisor - Major Component Exchange (MCE)

Job Summary
Lead field operations across MCE and construction projects by supervising crews, coordinating daily site activities, and ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met. Manage materials, documentation, costs, and customer needs while resolving field issues and supporting employee performance to keep projects on schedule. Coordinate and delegate site activities to achieve deadlines, plan necessary equipment, and monitor productivity reports and safety documentation. Investigate personnel disputes, facilitate technical and safety training, and recommend best practice improvements. Maintain strong working relationships with customers and manage up to 35 employees across multiple concurrent project assignments.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of field experience working on MCE or Construction
- Lead Experience, managing Construction or MCE jobs
- Supervise multiple crew leaders or points of contact (POCs) and up to 35 or more employees
- Considerable knowledge of all relative renewable services tools, machinery methods and procedures
- Must be able to forecast, monitor and report on general project costing and activities
- Understanding service methods and best practices, service delivery and customer expectations
- Demonstrate leadership, leading by example, motivate workers and communicate with workers, subordinates, service managers, senior management, and clients
- Computer experience with Microsoft office, E-mail, and Internet
- Ability to work well under pressure and within timelines
- Read and interpret documents like safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization
- Calculate figures and organize project costs and activities into clear and concise reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Interpret a broad variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Extensive travel throughout the United States depending on project assignments, meetings, and training schedules
- Must be able to perform all duties required for field service, MCE, or access labor
