Job Summary
Execute installation, diagnosis, and repair of pool equipment including heaters, pumps, filters, plumbing systems, and electrical components; deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service while aligning with company policies and service standards. Collaborate with the Service Manager to meet safety and KPI targets, maintain tools and vehicles, and educate customers on system solutions. Focus on achieving high first-time fix, low callbacks, safe operation, and contributing to service revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of electrical systems (110V/220V) and pool equipment repair
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments and lift required weight
