Technician, Routine Maintenance (MEE) (Kuala Kangsar, Perak)

Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and electrical assets, attend to equipment breakdowns and emergency call-outs within the Service Level Agreement, and conduct regular site inspections to identify defects and prepare reports. Plan, execute, and monitor daily maintenance activities while maintaining accurate records in systems like RAMS, supervise subcontractors, and evaluate work quality and performance. Ensure proper upkeep of tools and assets, including monitoring waste disposal and Green House activities, while complying with all company policies, safety standards, and ISO regulations. Requires a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least three years of experience in infrastructure or facilities maintenance.
