Job Summary
Assist guests with boot fitting, ski and snowboard setup, helmet and snowshoe rentals, and gear check operations while ensuring all equipment is properly adjusted and ready for use. Maintain a safe, organized environment by working closely with fellow technicians and resort teams to adapt to the ever-changing demands of a busy mountain operation. Complete Tech I certification within 30 days of hire and commit to working weekends and holidays during the ski and snowboard season.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be certified or be able to be certified as a ski binding technician
- Must have excellent guest service and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Must be able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the ski and snowboard season
- Must have completed or be able to complete Tech I within 30 days of hire
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
- Basic knowledge of ski and snowboard gear
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity and experience working with hand tools preferred
