Job Summary
Technician, Refrigeration/HVAC at Walmart responsible for maintaining and repairing Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC/R skills and tools; respond to emergency maintenance calls; inspect, diagnose, and test facilities and equipment; manage repair work orders; ensure OSHA and EPA compliance; comply with safety and environmental guidelines; lift up to 75 pounds; requires 2 years (or 4 years) experience in HVAC/R with EPA Type I/II, and HS diploma or equivalent; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition/education program through Live Better U, and a sign-on bonus; location: Hot Springs Village, AR and Benton, AR.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC/R certification
- 2 years experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls OR 4 years experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls or related field
- EPA Type I/Type II Certification for Refrigerant handling
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record
