Job Summary
Conduct preventive maintenance on building engineering services and inspect electrical, pneumatic climate controls, and valves. Investigate and repair equipment as requested by tenants, while monitoring sub-contractors for security purposes. Maintain security and cleanliness of the work area, keeping all activities aligned with company rules. Create checklists as assigned for the building engineering service and Senior Technician. Keep detailed records of chiller consumption and air conditioning system temperatures. Coordinate with relevant departments to provide necessary services such as security or cleaning. Provide electrical and telephone systems support for exhibitions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology
- Ability to make preventive maintenance
- Ability to create checklists for building engineering service
- Ability to maintain security for work
- Ability to investigate and repair equipment as requested by tenants
- Ability to monitor sub-contractors' job for building's security purpose
- Ability to fully inspect all electrical pneumatic climate controls and valves
- Ability to keep detailed records of chiller consumption and air conditioning system temperature
- Ability to co-ordinate with relevant departments to provide necessary services
- Ability to provide electrical and telephone system for exhibitions
- Knowledge of company rules
