Job Summary
Installs and services Invisible Fence Brand pet solutions at customers' homes, sets up and maintains installation equipment, trains pets to the solutions, collaborates with customers to design and confirm solution layouts, and ensures clean, professional service with strong follow-up. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer-service experience, plus a valid driver’s license and the ability to work 8a-6p, Monday–Saturday with some weekend rotations. The Pet Solutions Technician may travel to customers’ homes and is expected to generate referrals and collect necessary paperwork and payments, while maintaining vehicle equipment, inventory, and documentation. The position emphasizes customer satisfaction, professional demeanor, and adherence to safety and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 Year of Customer Service Experience
- Valid driver’s license, clear driving record and driving skills
- Outstanding verbal, written and listening communications skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and time constraints
- Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Ability to read, write, speak, interpret English and effectively communicate sales or training requirements with customers
- Technical abilities to use cellular phones for training services and recording notes
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk on a regular basis
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment
- Willingness to travel and interact with customers and pets in potentially challenging environments
