Technician, R&D

Be responsible for laboratory testing and product development; perform tests on laboratory samples, production samples, and raw materials; maintain accurate records and generate reports; follow safety protocols and 5S guidelines; maintain and prepare laboratory reports, memos, and equipment; and participate in training programs. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or college degree in general sciences, some industry experience with rubber/plastics/adhesive materials, and strong written and verbal communication skills. This role emphasizes independent work with clear documentation, data collection, formulation work, and adherence to safety procedures in a laboratory setting at Sika.
