Job Summary
Perform repairs on Caterpillar and related equipment following established procedures, utilizing diagnostic tools and proper tooling for disassembly, reconditioning, and assembly. Conduct diagnostics, organize repair procedures, and work with verbal or written instructions while maintaining attendance and punctuality. Travel to customer sites, other stores, and dealer facilities as required, working alternate shifts and overtime based on workload. Complete mandatory training sessions and stay current with the Cat product line while demonstrating core values of relationships, integrity, teamwork, respect, quality, and service.
Required Qualifications
- One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school
- Five plus year's heavy equipment experience or equivalent education and experience
