Assist Process Quality Engineer by performing technical process tasks related to Manufacturing Operations to support Quality assurance of the product. Collect data and evaluate the process to adjust Process Controls/Methods. Create and modify documents used to support manufacturing Process Controls such as Check-Do-Checks (CDC), Data Collection Forms, and related forms. Responsible for creation of ZE for non-conforming materials found in the manufacturing process and segregation of conformant material from warehouse to support production continuity. Create and distribute Supplier Quality Notifications (SQNs). Store non-conformant product in the 0600 Sloc (Quarantine) and complete cycle counts. Support preliminary investigation, corrective and preventive actions implementation and follow-up addressing non-conformance from Process Audits, Customer Complaints, Suppliers, OQA and internal audits. Implement systemic reversal of production orders to address non-conformance found in OQA. Submit Lab Analysis Requests and SAP Requisitions to ship samples for external analysis. Provide internal escalation communications and dimensional analysis of nonconforming material from internal or external suppliers. Essentials include pursuing a degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or similar, and possessing at least one year of relevant experience, with intermediate English and PC skills.
