Job Summary
Conduct wet chemistry procedures including titrations, water content, and optical rotation measurements while performing batch release and rejection decisions. Set up and actively participate in sensory panels for internal and external analysis. Calibrate equipment and manage non-conformities related to customer or supplier profiles. Adhere strictly to site health, safety, hygiene, and environmental rules. Requires a BSc in a scientific field with three years of quality control experience, proficiency in LIMS and SAP, and knowledge of FSSC 22000 or ISO standards. Shifts alternate between 06:00-14:30 and 08:00-16:30.
Required Qualifications
- BSc in scientific related field, such as biochemistry, chemistry, food industry
- Minimum 3 years' experience in quality control
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Rigorous and data-driven, able to make decisions autonomously and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in IT skills (MS Office suite, LIMS, SAP, etc.)
- Technically proficient/ knowledgeable in the following chemical procedures and physical measurements (wet chemistry): Water content, Salt content, Optical rotation and other standard tests
- Fluent in English
- Respect health, safety, hygiene, quality and environmental rules applicable on site
- Must be available for On Site (Shift Pattern: Week One - 06:00-14:30 / Week Two - 08:00-16:30)

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of quality management systems desired (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14000)
