Job Summary
As a Technician in Quality Assurance - Parenteral, you will play a critical role in supporting the qualification of a new high-tech production facility. Your responsibilities include monitoring quality during production shifts in key areas such as material preparation, formulation, and visual inspection. You will assist in investigating deviations, support batch release, and ensure compliance with GMP regulations by creating, reviewing, and approving GMP documents. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as is a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational training in a natural science or technical field or a bachelor's degree in natural sciences, engineering or a pharmaceutical-related discipline
- Knowledge of cGMP practices including good documentation practices and regulatory requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with specific QA or QC experience in production oversight
- Fluency in German and basic knowledge of English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality systems
- Team-oriented with good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with high responsibility
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in parenteral production environments including practical QA experience on the floor
- Knowledge of relevant computer systems (Trackwise, Veeva, MES, Microsoft programs)
- Experience with GMP documents and electronic batch documents
- Technical writing skills
