Job Summary
Temporary product administration technician role providing administrative support to Desjardins components and managing specialized products and member/client accounts. Serve as a technical collaborator supporting the unit’s activities, processes, and tools; conduct research and analysis of information management and data processing; develop technical notes to enhance user knowledge; help practitioners follow unit processes and use business solutions, tools, and systems; review information requests and perform research per standards; design, produce and analyze sector reports; eligible for competitive salary, annual bonus, pension, and comprehensive benefits. Requirements include a college diploma in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience; French language proficiency is required and English proficiency is Intermediate-Advanced due to interactions with partners and clients.
