Job Summary
As a Product administration technician, provide administrative support for Desjardins components and administer specialized products and member/client accounts. Serve as a technical expert and provide discipline-specific support for unit activities, initiatives and processes. Research and analyze processes, information management and data processing; apply sound decision-making to solve technically complex problems and recommend changes to methods and procedures to improve effectiveness. Responsibilities include providing technical support for projects and complex operational issues; carrying out specialized technical studies, research and analysis; serving as a resource for solutions and action plans; preparing technical notes to enhance user knowledge; ensuring adherence to unit standards and processes and leveraging business solutions, tools and systems; and supporting the implementation of new products and tools.
Required Qualifications
- General college diploma in a related field
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English
