Job Summary
Technician, Process role reporting to the department manager, responsible for performing pre-operational safety checklists, providing troubleshooting support to engineers to resolve process problems, monitoring and debugging process parameters with metering equipment, assisting with workstation layout to improve workflow, and ensuring equipment and safety systems operate correctly. Requires hands-on involvement in set-ups, adherence to safety rules, rapid response to process issues, and collaboration with engineers on design of experiments. The position includes interacting with supporting departments, reporting nonconformities and accidents, and performing other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Six years of direct job-related experience
- Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on a frequent basis, up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
