Technician- Process - 1st shift - WR/FL

Technician- Process role overseeing technical and mechanical work on production lines with emphasis on meeting production specifications. Responsibilities include setting and starting equipment, coordinating with maintenance/mold shop/production, responding to quality assurance requests, assisting with startup/shutdown of processing equipment, conducting safety checks, assisting with training and certification of production workers, potentially assuming shift supervisory duties, and maintaining a clean, safe, organized assembly environment. Emphasis on live safety, accountability, results orientation, teamwork, customer focus, and integrity.
