Job Summary
Perform oil changes, rotate and repair tires, conduct vehicle inspections, replace brakes, and check fluids to keep customers' vehicles safe and reliable. Assist experienced technicians with diagnostics and repairs while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety and environmental procedures and communicate professionally with teammates and service advisors. Valid driver's license and previous automotive experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Passion for automotive repair and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
- Previous automotive experience
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Safely operate customer vehicles and shop equipment
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
