Job Summary
MRDA Technician supports Metrology and RealTime Defects Analysis by performing measurement activities, monitoring process deviations, assisting engineers with defect investigations, and ensuring timely detection of issues affecting product quality. Focus is on hands-on tool operation, data collection, basic troubleshooting, material disposition, product and tool qualification, and supporting improvement projects within the manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include metrology & defect detection support, data collection and organization for engineer review, SPC-based process monitoring, tool maintenance coordination, first-level troubleshooting, defect investigations, data summaries for process analysis, and collaboration on continuous improvement projects to enhance inline detection and tool availability in a fast-paced fab setting.
Required Qualifications
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Candidates with experience in semiconductor fabrication processes are preferred.
