Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use, assisting or observing patients perform prescribed therapy exercises while documenting their responses. Apply ice packs and heat pads as instructed, and clean, sanitize equipment, and launder linens. Handle administrative tasks including patient intake, phone calls, and scheduling appointments. Work under direct supervision of a licensed therapist in accordance with state practice acts and company policy. Maintain excellent organizational skills and multitask to contribute to exceptional patient care.
