Job Summary
Technician responsible for upkeep of plant and facilities equipment, inspect equipment rooms using predefined checklists, and guide weekend work plans for duty technicians. Handles equipment fixes, coordinates with vendors for maintenance, and speeds up equipment moves or changes while ensuring compliance with local governmental rules and regulations. Requires certification for electrical or mechanical repair, prior facilities/maintenance experience, and strong customer-oriented communication skills to clearly report issues and provide repair instructions.
