Technician

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot physical technology across distributed company locations and employee residences, including network hardware, access control systems, and alarm installations. Conduct security assessments of premises to implement corrective measures such as lock upgrades and window hardening, while managing the full lifecycle of IT/AV equipment from setup to decommissioning. Travel extensively to Germany and Marbella on short notice to resolve urgent physical and technical emergencies, serving as the first point of contact for incidents including break-ins and hardware failures. Maintain comprehensive equipment inventory and coordinate with local vendors for outsourced work, documenting all activities for audit purposes. Fluent in German with a valid driver's license required for this hands-on role supporting Orcrist's distributed infrastructure.
