Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate facility equipment including pumps, motors, instrumentation, and piping systems to ensure operational reliability and product quality. Perform routine testing, inspections, and maintenance while completing required documentation and managing location projects such as major overhauls and new installations. Execute damage prevention activities by coordinating line locates, aerial patrols, and public education efforts to prevent area damage. Respond to after-hour calls during scheduled on-call rotation and address real estate or right-of-way issues. Work M-F days with periodic on-call and overtime; live within 45 minutes of the work location.

- High school diploma

Desired Qualifications
- Two years of vocational/technical training from a recognized institution majoring in electronics, electricity or diesel mechanics
- One to three years industry experience in the maintenance and operation of refined products or crude pipelines, terminals, pump stations, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with API 653 & DOT 195 pipeline operations
- Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including but not limited to: Manual/power tools, Electronic testing devices, Control devices
- Experience and training related to Computers and related software
- Knowledge of governmental rules, regulations, and (electric) codes
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures including safe handling practices for flammable gases, liquids, and high pressure systems
- Knowledge of Reliability Based Programs
- Experience reading and interpreting repair orders, mechanical drawings, procedures, charts, diagrams, dials, gauges, and equipment manuals
- Experience preparing, processing, or verifying maintenance and repair records, safety and environmental reports, electrical schematics and diagrams, pressure readings, and material and supply orders
- Knowledge of the use and function of reciprocating internal combustion engines, pneumatic compressors, and electronic and processing equipment applicable to position
- Knowledge of instrumentation, electronics, tools and control systems
