Job Summary
Monitor, sustain, and improve equipment in the assigned Chemical Lab area by operating IC, GC, and ICP-MS tools while performing preventative maintenance and repairing issues using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills. Conduct abnormal analysis and reaction tracing, strictly adhering to safety protocols and Personal Protective Equipment requirements within a cleanroom environment. Schedule and execute maintenance on assigned tool sets, providing data output to support Shift Operations and area equipment engineers. Work day/night shifts with regular attendance, integrating AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and contributing to continuous improvement by testing and sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to wear PPE and work in a cleanroom (Chemical Lab) environment
- Availability to support day/night shifts and maintain regular attendance
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Patient, well-communicated, and proactive with a strong teamwork ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred background in Chemistry, Chemical Industry, or Chemical Engineering
- Higher vocational education or above
