Job Summary
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance across hotel rooms, public areas, and technical systems. Perform rapid fault diagnosis and repair while executing regular safety inspections and documentation. Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B teams to resolve issues efficiently. Support minor renovation and improvement projects while strictly adhering to health, safety, and fire protection regulations. Requires completed technical training or equivalent practical experience, basic German and English skills, and flexibility for weekend shifts. No visa sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Elektro, Mechanik oder allgemeine Gebäudetechnik) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
- Praktisch veranlagt, lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig
- Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Schichten, auch am Wochenende
- Teamplayer mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Stolz auf die eigene Arbeit
