Job Summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection services. Responsibilities include performing certified testing, interpreting and documenting results, supervising NDT Assistants, coordinating with project managers, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The ideal candidate must have multiple certifications in NDT methods, a strong safety focus, and effective communication skills. A High School diploma is required, along with a valid driver’s license. Candidates must be able to work in varied environmental conditions and travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening background check.
  • Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
  • Ability to provide relevant documentation in support of obtaining one or multiple Team Level II Qualifications/Certifications in accordance with Team’s written practice and certification schema.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate results to peers, clients, and supervisors.
  • Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments including confined spaces, elevated work areas, and extreme weather.
  • Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset.

Desired Qualifications

  • Multiple NDT Level II certifications or ASNT/PCN/CGSB equivalencies.
  • API 510/570/653, CWI, AMPP or other advanced certifications.
  • Radiation Safety Training / IRRSP or State Industrial Radiographer Card (if applicable to RT).
  • Familiarity with digital reporting systems or NDT data software.
  • Prior experience working in refineries, petrochemical plants, pipeline projects, or fabrication shops.
  • Current TWIC, OSHA 10/30, or other industry-standard safety certifications.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various environmental conditions.
